Refund and Returns Policy

VO-GO Delivery is committed to customer satisfaction while complying with all applicable federal and Florida laws regarding hemp-derived products.

Returns

Due to the nature of consumable hemp products, all sales are final once an order has been delivered or shipped.

For safety and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Products returned without original packaging

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Product arrives damaged during transit

  • Order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory issue

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Charges

Please note:

  • Delivery fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If an order is refused, undeliverable, or canceled after dispatch, delivery and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Age Verification & Compliance

All customers must be 21 years of age or older (or legal age as required by Florida law). Orders may require ID verification upon delivery. Failure to provide valid identification will result in cancellation without refund of delivery charges.
