Thank you for your purchase! We give ourselves up to 3 full business days to freshly pack and process orders prior to shipment. We are usually much faster than this but as order volume fluctuates, we like to remain transparent with our customers. After your order ships, you will receive it based on the shipping speed you selected at checkout.

USPS Priority Mail – Up to 3 Business Days

UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 Business Days

UPS Next Day Air – 1 Business Day

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package through the shipping carrier’s website.

If the tracking number states “Pre-Shipment” or “Awaiting Item,” this means the order has not yet been scanned by the carrier but is still on track to be shipped soon.

You can cancel your order straight from the Help Center above if your order has not went into processing yet. After an order is in processing, it cannot be cancelled. You can return the package in its original sealed condition for a full refund. Contact us at sales@thcasmallbuds.com for return instructions.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. If your order is not already in processing, we can make any necessary changes for you.

We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order! Please report your order issue to our team via email at sales@thcasmallbuds.com for further assistance.

Include your order number, a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can!

Sometimes the Post Office will mark a package delivered prior to actually dropping it off. Please allow 1-2 business days for your package to turn up. If you still did not receive it, then it was likely lost or stolen. 

We recommend including the package protection service offered by SavedBy.io if you have issues with deliveries or package theft. You can file claim for any missing or damaged packages and they will issue you a full refund or reshipment. THCA Small Buds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order was cancelled then it was likely flagged as fraudulent by Shopify or our fraud prevention software. If you believe this was an error, you can contact us at sales@thcasmallbuds.com.

Always contact our customer service team prior to initiating any chargebacks. Any chargebacks received result in a permanent ban from ordering from our website again in the future. We will always fix any mistakes on our end and ensure you receive your packages. Do not dispute charges with your bank without consulting our team first at sales@thcasmallbuds.com. There is always a better resolution.

Frequently Asked Questions

Due to an overwhelming number of requests for samples, we are no longer able to send them out to everyone. We recommend ordering a smaller amount of something to try it out before placing larger orders.

If you have been issued store credit, you can spend it by logging into your account using the e-mail address in which you received the store credit to. You will see the store credit as a payment option at checkout and can spend on anything on our site.

To apply a promo or discount code:

• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the [‘Discount Code’] field.

• Click [‘Apply’] to see your new total before finalizing your order.

• Only one code can be used per order.

If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device. Be sure to join our mailing list for exclusive promotions and discounts!

You will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We do restock products but unfortunately do not have specific timelines for when certain items or strains will return. Please keep an eye on our website for updates on product availability.

We accept all major credit cards listed on our website. Some payment methods, such as CashApp and Pre-Paid Visa cards, may not be compatible with our site and could cause payment failures.

If you are showing a charge on your card but have not received a confirmation e-mail, there are a couple possibilities. Most likely the charge was authorized but not processed and this is only a pending charge that will drop off within a few business days. Please wait for the charge to post prior to contacting our customer service team.

The other possibility is that there is a typo in the e-mail address entered at checkout, so the confirmation e-mail is not being delivered. If your charge has posted to your account and you are still unsure about your order, feel free to reach out and our customer service team will sort you out.

UPS now requires an adult signature (21+) on all hemp shipments. If you place an order and select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, there will be an adult signature requirement on your shipment. This is a UPS policy that we are required to comply with in order to continue offering UPS shipping services for hemp products.

Affiliates

You can sign up for the affiliate program at the here or at the footer of our website where it says “Become an Affiliate.” Once signed up you can create a referral code and earn commissions on any sales that use your code or referral link. Your commissions will be tracked all month and paid out on the 1st each month via PayPal ($50 minimum payout).

There is also now an option to double your payouts by redeeming your commissions via Store Discount Code. Affiliates will have an option on their dashboard to 2x their payouts to spend on their favorite THCA products.

Affiliate commissions are paid out on the 1st of each month, unless the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday. In this case, they would be paid out the next business day. Affiliates who opt to redeem their payouts via Store Discount Code can redeem these at anytime during the month for 2x commissions that have been earned at least 7 days prior.
